Meditation is knowing what is going on in your mind, body and feelings. This awareness is extended outside your self to other people and the world we are living in. We expand. We do this by using a technique that moves us from the current beta brain rhythm state to alpha resonating at a much slower 7-14 cycles per second. Here, change takes place. Weekly Meditation Classes are held every Monday night except school and public holidays starting ... Next series To Be Advised. The content of the sessions includes about 30 minutes discussion on the Mind and 20 mins in Meditation. We spend time in actual Meditation practice. Classes are suitable for beginner and experienced students.
